Basic Construction Skills Diploma Level 1
The Level 1 Multi Skills qualification has been developed for delivery in a training environment, this means that you do not need to be employed to study this qualification.
It has been designed to develop your skills, knowledge and understanding so you can work in the construction industry or progress to further training. This qualification supports the learner to attain enabling, fundamental and transferable practical skills with associated underpinning knowledge.
The learner will cover knowledge in two core subject areas:
-Introduction to health & safety in construction
-Introduction to the construction industry
The Learner will also learn key practical skills and knowledge in:
- Tiling a plain wall
- Laying paving using slabs
- Preparing background surfaces and applying render coats
- Cutting and fixing decorative panels
- Cutting and fixing tiles to wet area

The Maintenance Operations Diploma Level 2 qualification has been developed for delivery in a training environment, this means that you do not need to be employed to study this qualification.
It has been designed to develop your skills, knowledge and understanding so you can work in the construction industry or progress to further training. This qualification supports the learner to attain enabling, fundamental and transferable practical skills with associated underpinning knowledge.
To successfully achieve this qualification, you must achieve 54 credits from the mandatory units

Qualification Overview
C & G 7202-01 Electrical Installation Diploma L1
This qualification provides the ideal introduction to the construction industry and covers the essential skills in electrical installation.
The C & G 7202-01 electrical installation diploma level 1 has been designed for delivery in a training environment; this means that you do not need to be employed to study this qualification. It has been designed to develop your basic skills, knowledge and understanding so you can work as an electrician in the construction industry or progress to further training.
This qualification supports the learner to attain enabling, fundamental and transferable practical skills with associated underpinning knowledge. In addition, industry will accept the qualification on its own as entry to a job role.
It allows learners to progress to the following Level 2 Diploma in Electrical Installations 2365-02
To achieve the C & G 7202-01 electrical installation diploma level 1, learners must achieve a minimum of 44 credits from the mandatory units.
