To be successful in college and on into your fantastic new career, you will need to work independently. 

Independence is one of the key skills identified by employers as critical in any job and more importantly rising up the ranks within that job

The following pack is for YOU to do. It proves to the Functional Skills team that you are ready for new challenges and can take on responsibility for yourself and your learning

Complete each topic and when you have finished, see your teacher and they will assess your work as Pass, Merit or Distinction

Welcome to Pre-Access Study Skills Module.  

Over the next 10 weeks you will be learning about and practicing skills to support your studies and progress on to the L3 Access to Higher Education Diploma.  

The VLE has a variety of exercises, resources and assignments to support and expand on what you cover in the classroom.
